You have the following payment options:

         1. Pay by credit card
                   a) Pay online - in full
                   b) Pay online - down payment only
                        Balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to camp start date
                   c) Pay by phone, call BRIDGES at 480-361-8000

        2. Mail in a check with the registration forms
                    a) Pay by check - in full
                    b) Pay by check - down payment
                         Balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to camp start date

        Upon receipt of the Registration Forms and deposit or full payment,
        BRIDGES Camp will send you a Welcome Packet, which includes:
        medical release form, a waiver of liability and a BRIDGES Camp
        Agreements form to be completed, signed and returned.
